In August 2006 the Bulgarian Center for Not-for-Profit Law (BCNL) issued the English version of the book “Survey of Nonprofit Governance Practices in Bulgaria”. The survey is prepared by the BCNL under the Bulgarian Charities Aid Foundation Project “An Optimistic Look at NGOs and Domestic Resources”, funded by the Trust for Civil Society in Central and Eastern Europe.
