Every creative person with an opinion, insight or attitude regarding the topics of freedom of speech, the right of association and peaceful assembly is welcome.

The initiative is organized within the project “Civil alarm clock – the rights through the eyes of art”, carried out by the Bulgarian Center for Not-for-profit Law with the partnership of the international platform for socially engaged art Fine Acts.
