Exchange of good practices between CSOs from Turkmenistan and Bulgaria in the field of social contracting

Bulgarian Center for Not-for-Profit Law (BCNL), in partnership with the United Nations Development Program in Turkmenistan, organized a study visit for sharing of experiences on “Contracting of Social Services between the State and Private Providers". In the days between 18th and 20th of September, representatives of the non-governmental organizations Yenme, Keik Okara, Mashgala, Center for support of people with disabilities, United Nations Development Program in Turkmenistan and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Turkmenistan visited Sofia to get acquainted with the Bulgarian legislation in the field of social services, the development of the civil sector in the country, as well as with the good examples of partnership between NGOs and the State in the development and provision of social services.
