In December 2014 the Board of the Bulgarian Center for Not-for-Profit Law (BCNL) made staff rotation. From February 6, 2015 Director of the Foundation is Luben Panov, Ralitsa Velichkova became program director.

We will continue to work to achieve our mission with even greater effort.
