The latest issue of BCNL - “NGO Law”-Questions and answers was published in December 2006.

The publication includes the full text of the Law on Non-Profit Legal Entities with the last amendments to it, which came into force from 3 October 2006, as well as an analytic-practical part, presented in the form of 48 questions and their answers. They give an interpretation to the most frequently asked questions related to the applying of the law.

The purpose of the book is to be a practical guide for people working in Bulgarian NGOs as, as well as to help lawyers and experts who have interests in the field of the basic legal frame for NGOs.

The issue is distributed for free and can be received in the office of BCNL.
