If you’re in the early to mid-stages of your career, with bold ideas and determination to impact society, the Leadership Education in America Program (LEAP) is tailored for you.
Designed by the America for Bulgaria Foundation, LEAP offers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to develop essential leadership and communication skills through immersive learning in the U.S. At its core, LEAP believes leadership isn’t a birthright – it’s a practice anyone can learn, embody, and use for the greater good.
Where and When: Boston & New York, Spring 2026
LEAP IV runs from April 18 to May 4, 2026, with immersive learning at Babson College – a global leader in entrepreneurship and leadership education – combined with a cultural experience in New York.
Application deadline: October 10, 2025.
Every year, Babson earns top ranks for entrepreneurship (recently #2 overall by The Wall Street Journal), making it the perfect backdrop for cultivating a bold, entrepreneurial mindset.
Who Should Apply?
LEAP is open to professionals under 40 from the NGO, public, or private sectors who have:
- Significant early to mid-career experience
- Drive to foster positive societal change
- Excellent English proficiency
- Desire to communicate effectively, inspire peers, and drive impact
What You’ll Gain
