The handbook is the next BCNL publication, exploring the legislation and practices of social contracting between NGOs and municipalities in Bulgaria.

The material has been prepared by experts of the Bulgarian Center for-Not-for Profit Law, and was issued with the Open Society Institute - Sofia support.
