We remind you for closing terms related to the accountability of NGOs:

31 March 2009 - NGOs shall submit their tax declarations under art. 92 from the Law on Corporate Income Tax and pay the income tax they owe;

31 March 2009 – NGOs shall submit their annual accounting reports to the local office of the National Statistics Institute;

10 April 2009 – NGOs in public benefit, registered in the Central Register with the Ministry of Justice can apply before the Ministry of Justice for receiving funds for their projects in public benefit;

31 May 2009 – NGOs in public benefit shall submit information to the Central Register with the Ministry of Justice for their activity during 2008;

31 May 2009 – Social service providers, including NGOs registered in the Social Assistance Agency, shall submit to the Agency reports for their activity in 2008, related to the provision of social services.
