Meet the jury evaluating the social entrepreneurs in Let’s GO 2025!

Twelve bold and ambitious teams from civil society organizations have joined Let’s GO 2025, ready to turn their missions into sustainable social enterprises. After months of learning, trial and error, inspiration, and countless revised presentations, the moment of truth has arrived – it’s time to present their business plans to a jury of top professionals.
We are proud to introduce the expert jury of Let’s GO 2025 – people with impressive experience, a sharp eye for promising ideas, and big hearts for meaningful causes:
Petar Tornev, Accenture
Managing Director of ATC Accenture Bulgaria, with over 20 years of experience in IT and business transformation. A graduate of TU–Varna, Petar has also completed leadership programs at Harvard Business School and earned an EMBA from the American University in Bulgaria.
As a board member of AIBEST, he advocates for diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Under his leadership, Accenture Bulgaria has become a center of excellence in e-commerce, data, and cloud technologies.
Over the years, Petar has worked closely with BCNL on developing the social entrepreneurship ecosystem, co-founding initiatives like DarPazar, Shtrak, and Let’s GO.
Diana Yordanova, FANTASTICO
A corporate communications expert with a strong background in television journalism. Currently, Diana plays a key role in advancing FANTASTICO GROUP’s giving and volunteering programs.
She is a board member of the company’s largest CSR initiative “Fantastiko Close to You,” as well as a member of the board of the Bulgarian Donors’ Forum.
Asya Asenova, America for Bulgaria Foundation
With over 20 years of experience in financial management and operations in the nonprofit sector, Asya began her career in Bulgaria’s first pilot program supporting community foundations and social enterprises.
She has worked with major international donors and since 2012 has been part of the financial control team at the America for Bulgaria Foundation.
A strong advocate for applying business models to improve nonprofit sustainability, Asya believes in the power of mission-driven entrepreneurship.
Milena Ivanova, Neumorimite
Entrepreneur, author, and host of the podcast Neumorimite, Milena brings more than 20 years of fundraising experience. As a long-time volunteer with INSEAD, she launched two scholarship funds – one for students from developing countries (€1.3M raised) and another for Bulgarian students admitted to INSEAD.
A former investment banker, Milena has lived and worked in more than 7 countries. Today she manages a diverse portfolio of business and philanthropic initiatives – from startups to serving as an independent director and investor. A true “professional nomad”, she connects people, ideas, and impact across borders.
Maria Cherneva, BNT (Bulgarian National Television)
Biochemist and microbiologist by education, journalist by profession. For nearly 30 years, Maria has covered healthcare and social issues for BNT. From 2013 to 2018, she served on the Public Council of the Fund for the Treatment of Children, advocating for children’s rights and access to care.
She is the author of several acclaimed documentaries and a two-time recipient of the “Valya Krushkina” award for excellence in journalism.
These five experts have a tough task ahead — choosing among inspiring, well-developed ideas, each with the potential to change lives, create jobs, and solve social challenges sustainably.
And us? We’ll be cheering for every single participant! As the saying goes: may the best idea win… but in Let’s GO 2025, they’re already all winners. Because creating a business with a cause takes courage, vision, and relentless dedication.
The program is implemented with the support of the America for Bulgaria Foundation.

And this year, there’s even more to look forward to — join us at the Let’s GO Conference: Social Ideas & Business Solutions. Haven’t registered yet? Now’s the time!
