THE DRAFT FOR AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS TO THE NGO LAW WAS ADOPTED AT FIRST READING BY THE COMMITTEE ON CIVIL SOCIETY ISSUES

At the beginning of last month the Draft for amendments and supplements to the NGO law was adopted at first reading by the Committee on Civil Society Issues in the 39th Parliament. The draft was been entered in Parliament by Mr. Liutvi Mestan – Member of Parliament in June 2004. It is expected to be discussed by the Legal committee in Parliament which is the leading committee for the law.
