Support for NGOs

At the Bulgarian Center for Not-for-Profit Law, we believe that a strong and effective civil society is a driver of positive change. That is why our efforts are focused on strengthening CSOs in Bulgaria by providing specialized support, advice and resources.

How we support NGOs:

• Legal and administrative advice – We help organisations understand and comply with the complex requirements of Bulgarian legislation relating to incorporation, registration, re-registration, management reporting and more.
• Training and guidance – We organize seminars, webinars and practical training on topics related to financing, reporting, fundraising, communications, good governance and sustainability, etc.
• Support during difficult times – We help NGOs overcome challenges related to their work, including legal disputes, regulatory restrictions and institutional obstacles.
• Resource development – We provide guidelines, example documents and information materials that make easier for NGOs to run their day-to-day operations.
• Promote innovation – We incentivize CSOs to introduce new approaches and solutions that increase their impact and effectiveness and make them financially sustainable.

We are here to provide the support needed so that NGOs can focus on their missions, from protecting human rights to protecting nature and supporting vulnerable groups.
