 According to the Implementing Regulations to the Social Support Act, all social service providers, including NGOs, registered at the Agency for social support, are obliged to yearly submit a report on their activity related to social service delivery to the Agency by May, 31.

There are no requirements about the form of the report, although it should contain answers to the questions:
1. What are the available equipment and premises where the social service is delivered;
2. What are the funds obtained for the social service delivery (source and amount);
3. What is the target group of the service and what is its capacity;
4. What is the number and qualification of the people engaged in the delivery of social services.

In cases, when the service has not been developed throughout the previous year, it is recommended that a request for refusing the fiurther delivery of the service is made.

According to the Implementing Regulations to the Social Support Act, one of the conditions for deletion of the registration of a social service provider is the non-performance of activity related to the registered social service for a period of one year.

When, above all, the delivery of the service is intended to start in the nearest future, the programs in which it has been participated and/or the financing that is expected should be indicated.

No other documents should be applied to the annual report which is submitted the Agency for social support.

We would like to remind you that all registered persons should inform in writing the Agency for social support about all the changes to the circumstances entered in the register, within 7 days from their occurrence.
