BCNL HAD ORGANIZED AN EXPERT MEETING IN THE FIELD OF NGO FRAMEWORK FROM THE BLACK SEA COUNTRIES
A meeting of more than 20 experts from 9 Black Sea countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine, was held on 2-4 June in Nessebar. The event was organized with the support of East-East: Partnership Beyond Borders Program of the Open Society Institute – Sofia. The purpose was to present the existing problematic areas related to the NGO framework in the Black Sea region. International experts from the European Center for Not-for-Profit Law (ECNL) and from the Network of the Estonian Nonprofit Organizations (NENO) shared their experience in improving the NGO legislation and presented good practices from countries from Central and Eastern Europe.
