BUSINESS ACTIVITY OF NGOs AND BUSINESS PLANNING – Manual Sofia, November, 2002

The main idea of the publication is to serve as a manual for NGOs in their activity aiming at ensuring financial sustainability. The first chapter of the manual “Legal forms for performing business activity by NGOs” contains brief theoretical research on the notion for business activity of NGOs and is followed by an analysis on the legal forms for performing business activity with concrete examples described. The second part of the material called “Business planning” presents guidelines for making business plan and directions for realization of a business idea, as well as separate steps and tasks for working out a business plan.
