BCNL ORGANIZES TRAINING ON THE FOLLOWING TOPIC: Municipalities and NGOs: Partnership without Conflict of Interest
The Bulgarian Center for Not-for-Profit Law organizes training on the following topic: Municipalities and NGOs: Partnership without Conflict of Interest.
The training is targeted at representatives of local authorities, municipal administrations and NGOs. The training aims to present models of partnership between municipalities and NGOs and the methods for their implementation without violating the provisions of the Conflict of Interest Prevention and Disclosure Act.
The training will also address practical issues and cases related to different conflict-of-interest situations and their prevention in the process of cooperation between municipalities and NGOs.
The training is organized with the assistance of regional associations of municipalities across the country. Training sessions in Plovdiv and Lovech were held until now.
Forthcoming training sessions include:
17 March 2010, Stara Zagora;
25 March 2010, Pleven;
16 April 2010, Varna;
23 April 2010, Kirkovo.
The training is implemented as part of the project Municipalities and NGOs: Partnership without Conflict of Interest implemented by BCNL and supported by MATRA Program of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands.
