Enhancing the decentralization and social contracting in Bulgaria. Improving the knowledge and the capacity on local level

The main objectivepf the project is improving the capacity of local
administration for contracting out social services and enhancing the
process of decentralization.

Expected results:

1. Improved capacity of local authority and civil servants of the
   Social Assistance Agency on topics, related to the decentralization,
   social contracting and the provision of quality of social services;
2. Organization of 4 training;
3. Preparation of full pack with tender documantation;
4. Material with summarized information of successful practices for collaboration between local authorities and NGOs,
5. CD with example documents.
