Social Entrepreneurship Program (2013-2016)

The program is implemented by the Bulgarian Center for Not-for-Profit Law (BCNL). The program is supported by the America for Bulgaria Foundation. It is also supported by UniCredit Foundation with a donation of 70 000 EUR as well as the participation of experts from UniCredit Bulbank in the various stages of the program.
 
The program takes place every year and has several stages:
a.    Stage one – Organization of trainings related to the development of the business ideas of the nonprofit organizations participating in the program, sessions on how to develop a business plan and examples of successful social entrepreneurship in Bulgaria.
b.    Stage two – Preparation of business plans and consultations on their preparation.
c.    Stage three – Competition for the best NGO business plan – the business plans developed will be evaluated and the best ones will be presented in front of an independent jury that will determine the winners. They will divide 15 000 EUR in prizes.
