Strengthen Fundraising Skills of Bulgarian Nonprofits (2015)

The project aims to support CSOs to acquire important skills that will help them become financially independent and sustainable. We want to help build the capacities of Bulgarian CSOs and fundraisers to become more effective in attracting funding to their initiatives from individuals and corporations.

The activities under the project include:

Trainings on fundraising

• A fundraising training for museums;
• Two trainings and additional support for cultural organizations;
• An introductory training for educational organizations;
• A training for NGOs that engage in social activities.

Exchange of experience

• 1 study visit to the Czech Republic for for Bulgarian fundraisers;
• 6 fellowships for fundraisers in organizations in the Czech Republic;
• Support to Bulgarian participants in the Czech Fundraising Festival.
