SEMINAR ON THE LEGAL FRAME FOR PUBLIC PROCUREMENTS AND ITS APPLICATION TO NGOs
On January 25, Tuesday, in Sofia, in “Adacta” hall of the Rila Hotel a seminar “NGOs and the public procurements” will be conducted. The seminar is organized by the Bulgarian Center for Not-for-Profit Law in partnership with the Open Society Institute under the Project “Raising the capacity of the administration and NGOs for contracting out social services”. The publication “NGOs and the public procurements” and a short review of the application of the Law on Public Procurements to NGOs will be presented at the seminar. An expert of the Bulgarian Center for Not-for-Profit Law will make a presentation on the differences between the procedures for contracting out social services and the procedures for assigning public procurements.
