What inspired us?

In the whirlwind of technological evolution, we are increasingly asking ourselves – how is artificial intelligence influencing creative processes? Inspiring? Risky? Disruptive? Can new technologies upend perceptions of art and make human-made creations indistinguishable from AI-generated creations?

The answers are important because all of us, as creators of copyright content, users of e-services and citizens in general, need certainty that our rights in the digital environment are protected.

On this occasion, in the autumn of 2023, we initiated 2 major online campaigns ("Digital Bodyguards" and "AI, the Law and the Human"). Through various creative approaches we have focused public attention on ways to protect human rights in the digital environment and the need for regulation of AI technologies. The increased interest online motivated us to take the conversation into the offline realm to exchange thoughts and suggestions on the topic.
