THE EXPERT GROUP ON ISSUES RELATED TO NGO TAXATION, ESTABLISHED AT THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE CONTINUES FUNCTIONING

The permanent expert group on issues related to NGO taxation, established at the Ministry of Finance continues its operation. A representative of BCNL participates in the group as well.

The main goal is a more efficient cooperation between the Ministry of Finance and NGOs to be created by means of the operation of the expert group and the awareness among the tax administration about the role and nature of NGOs to be raised.

Practical issues concerning the taxation of NGOs as well as suggestions for eventual legislative changes aiming at improvement of the tax regime for NGOs can be discussed in the expert group.

The representatives of the third sector who have any problems in their practice or concrete cases related to the taxation of their organizations are given the opportunity to address them to BCNL through which they will be submitted for discussion within the expert group.
You can send us your opinions and recommendations related to the taxation of NGOs.
By the operation of the expert group the interested NGOs and persons can have a direct contact with the financial institutions, which would create the opportunity for timely solving of the practical problems in their taxation.
