Impact analyzes and assessments

Effective policies and laws require thorough analysis and assessment of the impact on all parties involved. At the Bulgarian Center for Not-for-Profit Law, we believe that objective data and evidence are the foundation for sustainable and equitable changes in the environment for civil society.

Our impact analysis and evaluation activities include:

• Research on the legal and regulatory environment – We conduct detailed research on how current legislation and public policies affect the work of CSOs.
• Evaluation of new proposals – We analyse the impact of proposed legislative changes on the sector, providing recommendations for improvements based on real data and best practice.
• Measuring social impact – We develop methodologies and models to evaluate CSOs’ contributions to society to highlight the importance of their efforts.
• Publish analytical reports – We share the results of our work through reports and publications that inform institutions, the media, and the public about critical issues and needs.

This approach helps us not only identify challenges, but also propose real and actionable solutions that promote the development of a strong civil society.

Through our work in impact analysis and evaluation, BCNL contributes to creating a more transparent, accountable and supportive environment for CSOs in Bulgaria.
