1.1 These terms govern the general rules for use of the website www.bcnl.org (the Site).
By each use of the resources of the Site, the USERS declare that they are familiar with these terms, agree with them and undertake to comply with them.

1.2 THE TERMS may be updated at any time without prior notice to the USERS.

  1. DESCRIPTION OF THE RESOURCES OF THE SITE

2.1 The resources that the Site offers are:

  • news and current information related to non-governmental organizations in Bulgaria;
  • legal and other regulatory texts, as well as texts of draft laws affecting the legal framework of NGOs in Bulgaria;
  • tax and judicial practice
  • opinions, analyses, proposals for legislative changes;
  • publications;
  • link to the Information Portal of NGOs in Bulgaria, as well as links to other websites.

2.2 Each USER has access to the materials uploaded to the site.

2.3 Bulgarian Center for Non-Profit Law is not responsible for any losses, direct, indirect or consequential damages and lost profits, resulting from or in connection with the use of the Site or from the temporary inability to access/use the Site.

2.4 The technology and design of the Site may be changed without prior notice.

2.5 The Site reserves the right to send users system messages related to changes in the terms and conditions of its use.

2.6 The advertisers are solely responsible for the content of all advertisements appearing on the site, as well as for the trademarks they concern.

3.1 When using the resources subject to these General Terms and Conditions, the USER has access to a variety of content that may be subject to copyright or other intellectual property rights. All intellectual property rights on the information resources and materials published on the site (news and current information, author’s photos and video materials, opinions, analyses, proposals for legislative changes and publications) are subject to protection under the current Copyright and Related Rights Act, and their unregulated use constitutes a violation of the law and entails civil, administrative and criminal liability in accordance with current Bulgarian legislation.

3.2 The use of materials from the Site is permitted only when their source is correctly indicated.

4.1 BCNL Foundation makes every effort to maintain true, accurate and up-to-date information on its website, without excluding the possibility of objective inconsistencies or omissions arising from time to time. BCNL Foundation is not responsible for the consequences, including any damages, caused by or related in any way to the access, use or inability to use this website. All information on the website is provided in accordance with the current Bulgarian legislation, without any guarantee by BCNL Foundation for its inviolability and safety from malicious attacks by third parties.

4.2 BCNL Foundation is not responsible for the content, accuracy and legality of references to Internet pages and services or resources that have become available to the USER when using the Website.

4.3 BCNL Foundation is not responsible for the subjective perceptions and interpretation of the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of the information resources on this site.

4.4 BCNL Foundation is entitled to compensation for all damages, expenses and claims of third parties that are a consequence of a violation of these general terms and conditions and/or unregulated use of the site services.
