The monograph “Incapacity to Act of Natural Persons. Contemporary Challenges” by Sr. Stoyan Stavru is a study of civil-law matters of incapacity to act of natural persons in the context of the proposed reform of Bulgarian personal law. The book poses the question concerning the inability/ incapacity (to act) by keeping it “on the border” between law and philosophy.
