Main Objective: The project addresses problems related to individual and corporate philanthropy and with the activity of the Bulgarian NGOs. Among these problems are the rare and still weak partnership between NGOs and companies, the low capacity of NGOs for raising local resources, the low level of accepting of the motivation for charity, the lack if innovations and diversity in the models of charity.

Main objective: The goal of the project is the social inclusion of vulnerable people through the support of social enterprises’ activities and preparation of a system for quality control, which should be observed in the social services provision.

Main Objective: To synergize best practices of Community Funds and Social Enterprises in developing model social contracting methodology and implementing it in 2 pilot Bulgarian municipalities.

Main Objective: Raising the local authorities’ capacity towards the encouragement of decentralization and cooperation between NGOs and municipalities in the area of social contracting.

Main objective: The project aims to stimulate the development of community based social services for people with intellectual disabilities through supporting social contracting and enhancing the partnership between NGOs and municipalities.
