Main Objective: Clarification of the legal framework for healthcare institutions in EU, USA and Bulgaria and drawing out common principles and standards

Main objective: The project aims to stimulate the development of community based social services for people with intellectual disabilities through supporting social contracting and enhancing the partnership between NGOs and municipalities.

The main objectivepf the project is improving the capacity of local administration for contracting out social services and enhancing the process of decentralization.

To support the establishment of a mechanism for effective partnership and consultation between NGOs and the government and its agencies that will encourage the active participation of NGOs in the decision-making process at the national level.

Objective: The overall objective of the project is to create online database of active Bulgarian NGOs, presenting a snapshot of the largest possible number of Bulgarian NGOs. The database will be informative about the status of the listed NGOs in terms of activity; easily accessible and searchable and regularly updated and sustained in the long-term.

Objective: The project “Civil Society Law Fellowship” aims to improve the knowledge on NGO legislation, to create cross-border contacts and to establish a mechanism for exchange of information and expertise between the countries of the Black Sea region. In addition, it supports BCNL’s strategic development and contacts in the region.

Main Objective: BCNL has identified three interlinked priority areas of work for the next three years - Creating an enabling environment (improvement of the legal and financial framework ) for increased financial sustainability of NGOs in Bulgaria; Assistance to NGOs to know and use legal provisions and regulations and Promotion of NGO/Government Partnership

The main purpose of the project is to improve the efficiency of the Central Register (CR) with the Ministry of Justice in order to achieve transparency of the activities and the statute of the registered NGOs.

The project aims to acquaint local authorities and NGOs with the newly adopted Law on prevention of conflicts of interest and to educate them on how to create partnerships with each other without entering into potential conflicts of interest.
