The project is a logic continuation of a four year initiative that strives for the introduction of Article 12 standards in the Bulgarian legal system. It focuses on the most strategic stage of legal reform in Bulgaria nowadays – the public debate on the Draft Law on Physical Persons and Support Measures, and aims to secure space for the disability community to promote evidence-based argumentation for its adoption through legislative monitoring activities, awareness-raising campaigns and capacity building initiatives.

The goal of the project is to support civil society organizations in Bulgaria by: changing their attitudes towards potential new sources of income;building the capacity of CSOs through access to high-quality training; providing assistance to people that want to establish CSOs and to CSOs that need legal or other advice; helping CSOs to access information and share their achievements with others through NGOBG (The NGO Information Portal) and the CSO House;supporting the change of the legal and policy framework for CSOs.

The main aim of the project is to ensure higher and long-term employment of vulnerable groups through exchange of innovative models and practices implemented by social enterprises.

The project is focused on creating a favorable legal environment for social contracting in the field of child protection and social services provision in Republic of Macedonia. The achievement of this result will ensure the long-term financial sustainability of CSOs in the country and will contribute to establish guidelines for development which will help the decision-makers and all stakeholders to address challenges in the social sphere.

The projects aims to support the social entrepreneurship program organized by the Bulgarian Center for Not-for-Profit Law (BCNL). The social entrepreneurship program aims to support mission-related business activities of nongovernmental organizations in Bulgaria and to promote their example. It is financed by the America for Bulgaria Foundation and the UniCredit Foundation and is supported with the participation of experts from UniCredit Bulbank in the various stages of the program.

The Overall objective of the project is to support the establishment of assured basis and mechanisms for CSO enrolment in policy dialogues and formulation in Armenia.
